On June 20, 2017, Shenzhen GPD Technology Co., Ltd. officially joined the China Entertainment Technology Association (CETA) as an institutional member, marking a new level of the company’s technical strength and overall capability, and gaining recognition from industry peers.
The China Entertainment Technology Association is the most authoritative technical association in the industry! Founded in 1991 and supervised by the Ministry of Culture of the PRC, CETA is a national first-tier social organization with legal personality, serving as the authoritative representative body of China’s entertainment equipment industry and leading the coordination of the nation’s entertainment equipment economic and technological development. In the China Social Organization Evaluation organized by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, CETA was honored with the highest rating—the “5A” national industry association distinction.
CETA has over 1,300 institutional members (as of March 2011), distributed across the country, all engaged in R&D, manufacturing, distribution, and engineering within the entertainment equipment industry, gathering numerous outstanding enterprises in professional lighting, Chinese and Western musical instruments, audio/video, and venue equipment. It also has more than 140 individual members, including professors, experts, renowned figures, and senior engineers from cultural institutions at all levels, art academies, performing arts troupes, research institutes, and leading enterprises.
