1.528 chips are arranged linearly with integrated packaging, providing uniform light output with no visible light spots.

2.Adopts high thermal conductivity flexible printed circuit (FPC) board design. The strip can be bent freely for easy installation.

3.LED chips are surface-mounted directly on the FPC substrate, achieving a 180-degree beam angle.

4.DC12V constant voltage design features safe low voltage and low voltage drop, with a standard cascading length of 5 meters.

5.High-adhesion thermally conductive double-sided adhesive is attached to the backside, enabling effortless installation with firm and long-lasting adhesion.

6.This LED light source is energy-saving and eco-friendly, in compliance with RoHS environmental standards.

Precautions for Product Installation & Application

(A)Do not allow sharp objects to contact the light strip surface during installation. Damages to the encapsulant will result in product failure.

(B)Keep the encapsulant of the luminous area away from high-temperature objects to prevent scorching of the encapsulant and deterioration of linear lighting performance.

(C)Use a DC12V regulated power supply for driving. Select a power supply with appropriate rated power according to the total length of light strips to be installed. (D)The total power consumption of light strips driven by a single power supply shall not exceed 80% of the rated power of the power supply.

(E)If glass sealant is required during installation, acid-curing silicone sealant is strictly prohibited. Acidic substances will corrode the circuit board, silicone layer and phosphor powder. Only neutral glass sealants (dealcohol type and deketoxime type) are allowed for use.

(F)Sharp bending or twisting of the light strip is forbidden, which may damage the adhesive layer and destroy the internal electrical structure of LED chips.

(G)The bending diameter of the light strip at any bending position is recommended to be greater than 1 cm. Please protect the product against water penetration and moisture.
