1.480 flip-chip LED chips are arranged linearly with integrated packaging, delivering uniform light output and color without light spots.

2.It adopts a high thermal conductivity flexible circuit board design, which can be bent freely for easy installation.

3.LED chips are directly mounted on the FPCB, achieving a wide beam angle of up to 180°.

4.Featuring a DC 12V constant-voltage design with safe low voltage and low voltage drop; the standard cascading length is 5 meters.

5.High-adhesion thermal conductive double-sided adhesive tape is pre-applied on the back, enabling quick installation with firm and long-lasting adhesion.

6.This LED light source is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and complies with RoHS environmental protection standards.

Notes on Product Installation and Usage

(A) During installation, avoid touching the surface of the LED strip with sharp objects, so as not to damage the encapsulating gel and cause product failures.

(B) Prevent the gel on the light-emitting area from contacting high-temperature objects, which may scorch the gel and degrade the linear lighting performance.

(C) Use a DC 12V regulated power supply for driving. Select a power supply with proper rated power according to the quantity of LED strips to be installed. The total power of all strips powered by one power supply shall be less than 80% of the power supply’s rated power.

(D) If sealant is required for installation, acid-curing silicone sealant is strictly forbidden (acid substances will corrode the circuit board, silicone encapsulation and phosphor powder). Only neutral sealant (dealcoholization type and deketoxime type) is permitted.

(E) Do not sharply bend or twist the LED strip at a tight radius, otherwise the silicone strip may be damaged or the internal electrical structure of the LED chips may be destroyed.

(F) It is recommended that the bending diameter of the LED strip at any position shall be greater than 1 cm. Keep the product away from water and moisture.
