1.Equipped with 576 LED chips arranged in linear layout and integrated packaging, featuring even light color distribution with zero light spots.

2.Adopts high thermal conductivity flexible PCB design. The light strip can be bent freely for easy installation work.

3.LED chips are surface-mounted directly on the FPC substrate, delivering a wide beam angle up to 180°.

4.Designed with DC 24V constant voltage supply. This low-voltage solution ensures safe utilization and low voltage drop, with a standard cascading length of 5 meters.

5.Pre-laminated high-adhesion thermally conductive double-sided adhesive tape simplifies installation and provides firm, long-term adhesion.

6.The LED light source is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, complying with RoHS environmental regulations.

Precautions for Installation & Operation

(A)Do not scratch the surface of the LED strip with sharp objects during installation. Damaged encapsulant will result in product failure.

(B)Keep the encapsulant on the luminous area away from high-temperature objects to prevent scorching the colloid and impairing the linear luminous effect.

(C)Use a regulated DC 24V power supply for driving. Select a power supply with appropriate rated power according to the total length of LED strips to be installed. The total power of LED strips powered by a single power supply shall not exceed 80% of the power supply’s rated power.

(D)If glass sealant is required during installation, acid-curing silicone sealant is strictly prohibited. Acid substances will corrode the circuit board, outer silica gel and phosphor powder. Only neutral glass sealants (dealcohol type and deketoxime type) are allowed for use.

(E)Do not sharply bend or twist the LED strip within a small radius, otherwise the outer adhesive layer may be damaged and the internal electrical structure of LED chips may be destroyed.

(F)The bending diameter of the LED strip is recommended to be greater than 1 cm. Waterproof and moisture-proof measures shall be taken during usage.
