1.480 flip-chip LED chips are arranged in a linear layout with integrated packaging, delivering uniform light color without light spots.

2.It adopts a high thermal conductivity flexible circuit board design, which can be bent freely for easy installation.

3.LED chips are directly mounted on the FPCB, achieving a beam angle up to 170°.

4.It features a DC 24V constant-voltage design with safe low voltage and low voltage drop; the standard cascading length is 5 meters.

5.High-adhesion thermal conductive double-sided adhesive tape is pre-applied on the back for easy installation with firm and long-lasting adhesion.

Notes on Product Installation and Usage

(A)During installation, avoid sharp objects touching the surface of the LED strip, so as not to damage the encapsulation gel and cause product defects.

(B)Keep the gel of the light-emitting area away from high-temperature objects, which may scorch the gel and impair the linear lighting performance.

(C)Use a DC 24V regulated power supply for power supply. Select a power supply with proper power rating according to the quantity of LED strips to be installed. The total power consumption of all strips connected to one power supply shall not exceed 80% of the power supply’s rated power.

(D)If sealant is required during installation, acid-curing silicone sealant is strictly prohibited (acidic substances will corrode the circuit board, silicone encapsulation and phosphor powder). Only neutral sealant (dealcoholization type and deketoxime type) can be used.

(E)Do not bend or twist the LED strip sharply at a small radius, otherwise the silicone strip may be damaged or the internal electrical structure of the LED chips may be destroyed.

(F) It is recommended that the bending diameter of the LED strip at any position be greater than 1 cm. Please protect the product against water and moisture.
