1.Equipped with 480 flip-chip LED chips in linear arrangement with integrated packaging, delivering uniform light output with no light spots.

2.Adopts high thermal conductivity flexible circuit board, flexible for arbitrary bending and easy installation.

3.LED chips are directly mounted on the FPCB substrate, achieving a light-emitting angle up to 170 degrees — ideal for side-emitting applications such as light boxes, glass cabinets and edge lighting.

4.DC24V constant voltage design features safe low voltage and low voltage drop; the standard cascading length is over 5 meters (reel-to-reel).

5.Lined with high-adhesion thermal conductive double-sided adhesive tape on the back for simple installation with firm and long-lasting adhesion.

Precautions for Product Installation & Usage

(A) Do not scratch the surface of the light strip with sharp objects during installation. Damages to the colloid will lead to product failure.

(B) Keep the colloid on the luminous area away from high-temperature objects to prevent scald deformation of the colloid and deterioration of linear lighting performance.

(C) Use a DC 24V regulated power supply for driving. Match the power supply wattage according to the total length of light strips to be installed. The total power of strips driven by each power supply should be below 80% of its rated power.

(D) If glass glue is required during installation, acetoxy silicone sealant is strictly prohibited (acid corrodes the PCB, silicone and phosphor); use neutral (alcohol-based or oxime-based) glass glue instead.

(E) Short-distance bending or twisting of the strip is strictly prohibited, to avoid damaging the gel or the internal electrical structure of the chips.

(F) Recommended minimum bending diameter of the strip: >1CM; keep away from water and moisture.
