Product Overview

1.This strip adopts 1600 flip-chip LEDs arranged in a linear layout with integrated packaging, delivering uniform light output and color without visible light spots.

2.Designed with high thermal conductivity flexible circuit boards, the light strip supports free bending for easy installation.

3.LED chips are directly mounted onto the FPCB substrate, achieving a wide beam angle of up to 170°.

4.Featured with DC24V constant voltage power supply, this low-voltage solution guarantees safe usage and low voltage drop, with a standard cascading length of 5 meters.

5.Pre-attached high-adhesion thermally conductive double-sided adhesive tape facilitates quick installation and ensures firm, long-term adhesion.

6.The LED light source is energy-saving and eco-friendly, compliant with RoHS environmental directives.

Precautions for Installation and Operation

(A) Prevent sharp objects from scraping the strip surface during installation. Damaged encapsulant will lead to product malfunction.

(B) Keep the encapsulant of the luminous area away from high-temperature articles to avoid scorching the colloid and degrading the linear lighting performance.

(C) Power the strip with a regulated DC 24V power supply. Select a power supply with matching rated power according to the total length of LED strips to be installed. The total power consumption of strips driven by a single power supply shall not exceed 80% of the power supply’s rated power.

(D) If sealant is required for installation, acid-curing silicone sealant is strictly prohibited. Acid substances will corrode the circuit board, outer silicone layer and phosphor powder. Only neutral sealants (dealcohol type and deketoxime type) are permitted for use.

(E) Do not sharply bend or twist the LED strip at a small radius. Improper bending may damage the outer rubber layer and break the internal electrical structure of LED chips.

(F) The bending diameter of the LED strip must be larger than 1 cm. Waterproof and moistureproof protection should be implemented during application.
