1.480 flip-chip LED chips are arranged in a linear layout with integrated packaging, offering uniform light color with no bright spots.

2.It adopts a high thermal conductivity flexible circuit board design, which can be bent freely for easy installation.

3.LED chips are directly mounted on the FPCB, delivering a beam angle of up to 170°.

4.Designed with DC 24V constant voltage power supply, it features safe low voltage and low voltage drop, with a standard cascading length of 5 meters.

5.High-adhesion thermal conductive double-sided adhesive tape is pre-applied on the back, allowing easy installation with firm and long-lasting bonding performance.

6.The LED light source is energy-saving and eco-friendly, and complies with RoHS environmental requirements.

Notes on Product Installation and Usage

(A) During installation, prevent sharp objects from touching the surface of the LED strip to avoid damaging the encapsulating gel and causing product defects.

(B) Keep the gel at the light-emitting area away from high-temperature objects; high temperature may scorch the gel and degrade the linear lighting effect.

(C) Use a DC 24V regulated power supply for driving. Select a power supply with suitable rated power according to the quantity of LED strips to be installed. The total power of all strips powered by one power supply shall be less than 80% of the power supply’s rated power.

(D) If sealant is required during installation, acid-curing silicone sealant is strictly forbidden. (Acidic components will corrode the circuit board, silicone encapsulation and phosphor powder.) Only neutral sealant (dealcoholization type and deketoxime type) is acceptable.

(E) Do not sharply bend or twist the LED strip at a tight radius, otherwise the silicone strip may be damaged or the internal electrical structure of the LED chips may be destroyed.

(F) It is recommended that the bending diameter of the LED strip at any position be greater than 1 cm. Please keep the product protected from water and moisture.
