Product Overview

1.This strip adopts 288 flip-chip LEDs arranged in a linear layout with integrated packaging, delivering even light color with zero light spots.

2.Designed with high thermal conductivity flexible printed circuit board (FPCB), it supports free bending for effortless installation.

3.LED chips are directly mounted on the FPCB, realizing a 180° beam angle.

4.High-voltage AC220V design features plug-and-play lighting without the need for an external transformer. It boasts low voltage drop and supports a standard cascading length of 30 meters.

5.Pre-installed high-adhesion thermally conductive double-sided adhesive tape enables easy installation with stable and long-term bonding performance.

6.The LED light source is energy-saving and eco-friendly, complying with RoHS environmental requirements.

Precautions for Product Installation and Application

(A)Prevent sharp objects from scratching the LED strip surface during installation. Damaged gel coating will lead to product defects.

(B) Keep the gel on the luminous area away from high-temperature objects to prevent gel scorching and deterioration of linear lighting consistency.

(C) The product adopts AC 220V power supply. Take sufficient safety protection measures during wiring operation.

(D) If glass adhesive is required for installation, acid-curing silicone sealant is strictly prohibited. Acid substances will corrode the circuit board, outer silicone layer and phosphor powder. Only neutral glass glue (dealcohol type and deketoxime type) is permitted for use.

(E) Do not sharply bend or twist the LED strip. Improper operation may damage the rubber casing and destroy the internal electrical structure of LED chips, see attached figure.

(F) The recommended minimum bending diameter for the LED strip in any bending scenario is greater than 1cm.
