Product Overview

1.A total of 840 LED chips are arranged in a linear layout with integrated packaging, delivering even light color without light spots.

2.Constructed with high thermal conductivity flexible printed circuit boards; the light strip can be freely bent for easy installation.

3.LED chips are directly mounted on the FPC substrate, achieving a maximum beam angle of 180°.

4.Adopts DC 24V constant voltage design. This safe low-voltage solution brings low voltage drop, with a standard cascading length of 5 meters.

5.Pre-applied high-adhesion thermally conductive double-sided adhesive tape simplifies installation and provides stable, long-lasting adhesion.

6.The LED light source features energy saving and eco-friendly properties, and complies with RoHS environmental standards.

Precautions for Installation and Application

(A) Do not let sharp objects scratch the LED strip surface during installation. Damaged encapsulant will result in product failure.

(B) Keep the encapsulant of the luminous area away from high-temperature objects to prevent scorching and deterioration of the linear luminous performance.

(C) Use a regulated DC 24V power supply for driving. Select a power supply with matched rated power according to the total length of installed LED strips. The total power load of strips powered by one single power supply shall not exceed 80% of the power supply’s rated power.

(D) If sealant is required for installation, acid-curing silicone sealant is strictly forbidden. Acid substances will corrode the circuit board, outer silicone layer and phosphor powder. Only neutral sealants (dealcohol type and deketoxime type) are permitted for use.

(E) Do not sharply bend or twist the LED strip at a small radius, which may damage the outer rubber layer and destroy the internal electrical structure of LED chips.

(F) The bending diameter of the LED strip is recommended to be greater than 1 cm.

(G) Waterproof and moisture-proof protection must be taken during use.
