Product Overview

1.Consists of 720 LED chips arranged in a linear layout with integrated packaging, delivering uniform light output without light spots.

2.Adopts high thermal conductivity flexible printed circuit (FPC), which supports free bending for easy installation.

3.LED chips are directly mounted on the FPC substrate, offering a wide beam angle of 180°.

4.Built with DC12V constant voltage design. This safe low-voltage solution features low voltage drop and supports a standard cascading length of 5 meters.

5.Pre-attached high-adhesion thermally conductive double-sided adhesive tape simplifies installation and ensures firm, long-term adhesion.

6.The LED light source is energy-saving and eco-friendly, in compliance with RoHS environmental regulations.

Precautions for Installation and Operation

(A) Prevent sharp objects from scratching the LED strip surface during installation. Damaged encapsulant will lead to defective products.

(B) Keep the encapsulant on the luminous area away from high-temperature objects to avoid burning the encapsulant and impairing the linear lighting effect.

(C) Drive the strip with a DC 12V regulated power supply. Select a power supply with proper rated power according to the total length of LED strips to be installed.

The total power load of LED strips driven by one power supply shall not exceed 80% of the power supply’s rated power.

(D) If glass adhesive is needed during installation, acid-cure silicone sealant is strictly forbidden. Acidic substances will corrode the circuit board, outer silicone and phosphor powder. Only neutral glass glue (dealcohol type and deketoxime type) is acceptable.

(E) Do not sharply bend or twist the LED strip, otherwise the outer adhesive layer may be damaged and the internal electrical structure of LED chips will be destroyed.

(F) The bending diameter of the LED strip in any bending condition is recommended to be larger than 1 cm.
