Product Overview

1.Equipped with 600 LED chips arranged linearly with integrated packaging. It features a wide luminous surface, uniform light color and zero light spots.

2.Adopts high thermal conductivity flexible printed circuit (FPC), which can be bent freely for easy installation.

3.LED chips are directly mounted on the FPC, achieving a full 180° beam angle.

4.Designed with DC24V constant voltage. Featuring safe low voltage and low voltage drop, it supports a standard cascading length of 5 meters.

5.Pre-laminated high-adhesion thermally conductive double-sided adhesive tape enables easy installation with firm and long-lasting adhesion.

6.This LED light source is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and complies with RoHS environmental standards.

Precautions for Product Installation & Usage

(A)Avoid contact between sharp objects and the LED strip surface during installation. Damaged encapsulant will result in product failures.

(B) Keep the encapsulant on the luminous area away from high-temperature objects to prevent scorching the encapsulant and degrading linear lighting performance.

(C) Use a DC 24V regulated power supply for driving. Select a power supply with matched rated power according to the total length of LED strips to be installed. The total power consumption of LED strips powered by a single power supply shall not exceed 80% of the power supply’s rated power.

(D) Do not sharply fold or twist the LED strip, otherwise the rubber casing may be damaged and the internal electrical structure of LED chips may be destroyed.

(E) The recommended bending diameter of the LED strip in any bending application must be greater than 1 cm.

(F) Protect the product against water and moisture intrusion.
