1.Consists of 576 linearly arranged chips with integrated packaging, delivering even light output without speckles or uneven light spots.

2.Designed with high thermal conductivity flexible printed circuit board, supporting free bending for easy installation.

3.LED chips are directly mounted onto the FPC substrate, realizing a wide 180° beam angle.

4.Adopts DC24V constant voltage design with safe low voltage and low voltage drop; the standard cascading length is 5 meters.

5.Equipped with high-adhesion thermal conductive double-sided adhesive tape on the back side, enabling simple installation with stable and long-term bonding performance.

6.This LED light source features energy conservation and environmental friendliness, fully compliant with RoHS environmental directives.

Precautions for Installation and Operation

(A) Prevent sharp objects from scratching the light strip surface during installation. Colloid damage will result in product malfunction.

(B) Keep the colloid on the luminous area away from high-temperature objects to prevent colloid scorching and degradation of linear lighting performance.

(C) The light strip shall be powered by a DC 24V regulated power supply. Select a power supply with matched rated power according to the total length of light strips for installation. The total power load of light strips connected to one power supply shall not exceed 80% of the power supply’s rated power.

(D) If glass sealant is required during installation, acid-curing silicone sealant is strictly forbidden. Acidic substances will corrode circuit boards, silicone layers and phosphor powder. Only neutral glass sealants (dealcohol type and deketoxime type) are permitted for use.

(E) Sharp bending or twisting of the light strip is prohibited, as such operations may damage the adhesive layer and destroy the internal electrical structure of LED chips.

(F) The bending diameter of the light strip at any bending position must be greater than 1 cm. Please keep the product protected from water and moisture.
