1.Equipped with 528 linearly arranged chips adopting integrated packaging technology, delivering even luminous color without light spots.

2.Designed with high thermal conductivity flexible printed circuit (FPC), the light strip supports free bending for easy field installation.

3.LED chips are directly mounted on the FPC substrate, achieving a wide 180° beam angle.

4.DC12V constant voltage design adopts safe low voltage with low voltage drop, and the standard cascading length is 5 meters.

5.High-adhesion thermally conductive double-sided adhesive is laminated on the back side, enabling convenient installation with stable and long-lasting bonding performance.

6.The LED light source features energy saving and environmental friendliness, fully compliant with RoHS environmental regulations.

Precautions for Product Installation and Usage

(A)Keep sharp objects away from the light strip surface during installation. Damages to the encapsulant will lead to product defects.

(B)Prevent the encapsulant on the luminous area from contacting high-temperature objects to avoid scorching the encapsulant and impairing the linear lighting effect.

(C)Use a DC 12V regulated power supply for power supply drive. Select a power supply with matched power rating according to the total length of light strips to be installed. The total power of light strips powered by a single power supply shall not exceed 80% of the power supply’s rated power.

(D)If glass adhesive is required for installation, acid-curing silicone sealant is strictly prohibited. Acid substances will corrode circuit boards, silicone layers and phosphor powder. Only neutral glass adhesives (dealcohol type and deketoxime type) are permitted.

(E)Acute bending or twisting of the light strip is forbidden, otherwise the rubber coating may be damaged and the internal electrical structure of chips may be destroyed.

(F)The bending diameter of the light strip at any bending position is recommended to be larger than 1 cm. Please keep the product away from water and damp environments.
